"1st Day:
BREAKFAST- Black Coffee or Tea, 1/2 Gape fruit, 1 slice of Toast, 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter.
LUNCH-1/2 cup of Tuna, 1 slice of Toast, Coffee or Tea.
DINNER- 2 slices of any type of Meat (about 3 ounces), 1 cup String Beans, 1 cup of Beats, 1 small Apple, 1 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream.
2nd Day:
BREAKFAST- 1 Egg, 1/2 Banana, 1 slice of Toast, Coffee or Tea.
LUNCH- 1 cup of Cottage Cheese, 3 Saltine Crackers.
DINNER- 2 Hot Dogs, 1 cup of Broccoli, 1/2 cup of Carrots, 1/2 Banana, 1/2 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream.
3rd Day:
BREAKFAST- 5 Saltine Crackers,1 slice of Cheddar Cheese, 1 small Apple, Black Coffee or Tea.
LUNCH- 1 Hard Boiled Egg, 1 slice of Toast.
DINNER- 1 cup of Tuna, 1 cup of Beets, 1 cup Cauliflower, 1/2 Cantaloupe, 1/2 cup of Vanilla Ice Cream.
This diet works on a chemical break down and is proven. Do not vary substitute any of the above foods. Salt or Pepper may be used, no other seasoning.
This diet is to be used 3 days at a time. In 3 days you will loose 10 pounds. After 3 days you can eat normal food but do not over diet. After 4 days of normal eating start back on your 3 day diet. You can loose up to 40 pounds in a month if u stick to it. This is a safe diet. "
